Form Leads Prospects who complete a multi-step qualification form expressing interest in your services. They provide contact information (name, phone, email, project address) along with qualifying details about their project, and give TCPA-compliant consent to be contacted. Form leads are delivered to your email in real time and are ready for immediate follow-up. Speed-to-lead matters — we recommend contacting form leads within 5 minutes for the highest conversion rates.

Appointment Leads Prospects who have completed the qualification process and scheduled a confirmed appointment directly onto your calendar. These leads have passed all qualifying criteria and selected a specific date and time to meet with your team. Appointment leads carry a higher cost per lead because they represent higher intent and reduce the follow-up burden on your sales team.

We may be able to deliver leads up to 25% to 50% faster (within 15-23 days), if local demand allows it, but generally we aim to deliver leads within 30 day timeframes.

Unlike other lead vendors, we do not sell resold lead lists & push them into your CRM account.

Instead, our leads are direct response leads! That means our leads are generated through ads, which makes it impossible for us to control exactly when a lead is generated. That's why our lead delivery happens across 30 days. One day you may get no lead. On another day you may get 3 leads, and so forth. It varies.

No. Our pay per lead prices do not include advertising budget and all associated marketing fees.

We ask for a minimum commitment period of 3 months. For our software or additional add-ons, we do not have a minimum commitment period. Terms of service apply.

Our advertising partners receive their leads via email, and lead is also available in their limited-access CRM account if access is purchased.

We confirm the lead's address, homeownership, and project details. We also verify phone numbers and emails to make sure contact can be established. Lastly, we also issue TCPA compliance certificates with each lead we generate to make sure you can safely use these leads in your future marketing.

Yes! All of our leads come with a TCPA compliance certificate and full session recording to make sure that you can safely use these leads in your future marketing, without worrying about rogue actors trying to make legal claims against your business.

No! We only sell direct-response leads, meaning when our leads sign-up with you, they just converted from an ad online, and the lead wants to take action now! We do not re-sell or buy stale or old leads.

Absolutely. You can dispute any lead within 7 days if it doesn’t meet our qualification standards, which is described in our terms of service and Master Service Agreement. If a dispute is approved, you’ll receive a credit toward future leads.
